Aviator Brewing Company opened the hangar doors on 28 Nov 2008. They started brewing beer in an airplane hangar at Triple W airport in Fuquay Varina, NC. They moved the airplane to one side and put in the boil kettle and mash tun! They have since moved to a larger 23,000 sq. ft. building in Fuquay Varina, added a hangar to the new building and made it a bar!
Bond Brothers Beer Company is a NC craft brewery and taproom, located in Cary, NC, dedicated to producing high-quality ales and sours. Starting as a group of brewers competing in local and regional home-brew competitions, their success in these competitions fueled the desire to brew on a commercial level. Certified Cicerone Brewmaster Whit Baker and crew have developed a vast array of proven recipes to satisfy all craft beer lovers. Whether you enjoy Stouts, IPAs, Saisons or Sours, Bond Brothers beer offerings are sure to please. Bond Brothers chose downtown Cary based largely on the revitalization movement taking place there. Their recently completed industrial modern space is quickly becoming a popular epicenter in the downtown community. With over 9000 square feet of brewery, taproom and beer garden to enjoy, they have built a destination that matches the quality of their beers. There are 14 unique beers on tap, a robust barrel sour program, monthly guided brewery tours, and a kid/dog friendly environment. Bond Brothers Beer Company has created a must see destination in the heart of the Triangle.
Carolina Brewing Company first opened its doors in 1995, making it the oldest active brewery in Wake County. Founders Greg Shuck, John Shuck and Joe Zonin lived in Seattle and home-brewed beer in their basement until coming to Holly Springs, NC in 1993. The first kegs of flagship brand Carolina Pale Ale were delivered to 42nd Street Oyster Bar in Raleigh in July of 1995 leading the way for CPA to become one of the best selling beers in the Triangle from 1995-2011. CBC rebranded in 2015 to celebrate the milestone of their 20th anniversary and now distributes statewide.
Durty Bull Brewing Company uses old-world brewing techniques, along with their own creativity and passion, to bring you barrel-aged and sour beers as well as many other unconventional brews. They are bringing a specialized niche of beer as well as our love of brewing to the wonderful residents of the Bull City and beyond.
Forged from the ashes of a fallen brewery brother, Gizmo Brew Works launched into the public sphere in April of 2013. Gizmo represents the thinkers, tinkerers, and inventors who make up RTP and the Umstead Industrial Park which Gizmo calls home.
At its inception, Gizmo Brew Works inherited a 2 barrel brew house, making it one of the smallest production breweries in North Carolina. Strong and feisty for its size, Gizmo surged forth into the competitive beer market. As Gizmo’s reputation grows, so does its size. New infrastructure boosted its growth with larger tanks and a new 7 bbl brewhouse. Currently, Gizmo sells beer on draft and in 22oz bombers. Thirsty souls can find Gizmo beer in some of the finest retail shops and restaurants/bars throughout North Carolina.
Located in the Five Points neighborhood of Raleigh, NC, Neuse River Brewing Company concentrates on Belgian style ales and IPAs. Their goal is to pay homage to traditional styles of beer, although, they are also passionate about experimenting with contemporary concepts and bridging the gap between the two. Neuse River Brewing Company incorporates sustainable practices and buys local whenever possible in an effort to support their neighbors.

Nickelpoint Brewery Co. is a 20 barrel microbrewery with a tasting room where customers can mingle and imbibe as well as take a guided tour through the brewery to learn about the process of brewing beer.
Raleigh Brewing’s mission is to embrace the City of Oaks (Raleigh) with every beer brewed. From the murals of the capital city on the taproom walls, to the names of our beers and our involvement with local community organizations and nonprofits, we thrive for this city. Raleigh Brewing is currently operating on a 20bbl and 3bbl brew house, has a taproom with 32 taps flowing 7 days a week and has their beer in over 200 accounts in the Triangle area of NC and Wilmington.
Kristie Nystedt, the first woman to own a brewery in the state of North Carolina, recognized a void in the market when it came to supplying homebrewers with local supplies and commercial brewers with efficient and quality tanks to produce their beer. So when Raleigh Brewing opened in 2013, it was alongside its two sister companies, Atlantic Brew Supply and ABS Commercial.
Since 2013, Raleigh Brewing has become Wake County’s third largest production brewery, averaging +4,500 bbl of beer per year. Atlantic Brew Supply has become the largest brick and mortar homebrew supply shop on the East Coast and ABS Commercial has expanded its tanks into 34 states and four countries.
Established in 2012, Trophy Brewing Co. is home to three unique experiences nestled in the heart of Downtown Raleigh that bring people together through craft beer, thoughtful food and intentional community. Trophy's production facility on Maywood Avenue features a comfortable taproom and patio with a beautiful view of the brewery.
